Dogs.
They say, a dog is man’s best friend and it’s true. Dogs are extremely loyal to their humans, but sometimes humans aren’t the same with their dogs. Humans and loyalty have a bone to pick with each other. We all love a healthy dog, go gaga over a cute puppy but the ones really need our help, very few people come forward. This lady here, is one of those golden souls.
When Kiara Ijzendoorn and her family were driving down in Crete, Greece, they found a dog lying in the middle of the road and immediately knew there was something wrong as the pooch was barely able to move.
“His leg was totally paralyzed. He had a big bump on his back that was his broken spine.”
She did everything she could for the poor soul, took him to the vet, put him up for adoption through a shelter but nothing worked. Finally, she and her family flew back with their new pet. They named him ‘Fos’ which means ‘Shining’ in Greek.

The dog is now ‘shining’ with love and all the medical care he needs. 🙂
