Indian actor Vijay Varma rose to fame and immediately became our favorite after his impactful roles in movies like ‘Pink’ and ‘Gully Boy’. He is yet again, blowing everyone’s mind by portraying the role of an alcoholic and domestic violence abuser, Hamza, in the black comedy-drama film ‘Darlings’.

His acting is so accurate in the movie that people have started hating Hamza way too much. Good for Varma, right?
Watched #Darlings What a gripping movie. The acting is sheer brilliance. Vijay varma is a real star with an evil sweet performance. Alia bhatt did it again, she is insane actress, I likes her always. Shefali shah is "Cute".

Well, apart from his class act, what’s making him the talk of the town is his sass and cheekiness with which he’s been responding to tweets about him for ‘Darlings’.
Take a look:

Varma also got into a tiff with noted magazine Filmfare when they quoted him saying that after the success of the film ‘Darlings’ his parents are assured that he won’t die hungry.
#VijayVarma reveals that the success of #AliaBhatt's #Darlings has assured his parents that his acting career won't leave him hungry. pic.twitter.com/km6Pt2PCqQ

But according to Varma, he made this statement after the success of his earlier film ‘Gully Boy’. Hence, he immediately corrected the publication:
Ye toh maine Gullyboy ke liye bola tha.. uske baad bahot paisa kamaya hai bhai?
— Vijay Varma (@MrVijayVarma) August 8, 2022
But when his fans got upset and started incessantly trolling the magazine, he came to their rescue and tweeted them not to be upset.
Guys can we pls not get upset.. ye mere aur Filmfare ke beech ke masti chal rahi hai. @filmfare aur main purane dost like maska and pav. ??
