Wife Seeks Divorce As Husband Studying For UPSC Exams Won’t Go For Movies & Shopping!

Marriage can be tricky, while newlyweds expect love, devotion and adoration from each other, too much of it is deemed suffocating. Recently, we came across a case where a woman seeked divorce from her husband for being over-loving and over-caring.

Another such bizarre case has come to light lately when a woman reached a family court in Bhopal to file for divorce from her husband. But in this case, the reason for the split is quite the opposite!

Her husband is preparing for UPSC exams so he doesn’t give her enough time because of his studies!

The couple lives in the Katara Hills area of the city. The woman told her counselor that her studious husband hardly speaks to her, reported India Today. She also said that her husband even denies taking her out for a movie or shopping. The wife complained that her husband remains so lost in the studies that he doesn’t even visit her relatives and is always indulged in his preparations.

The counselor, later on, called the husband for counseling where he said that he doesn’t have any complaint against his wife. He told the counselor that it was his childhood dream to crack UPSC examinations and hence, he has been giving all his time towards his studies. He said that he is aware of his unstable marital life and did not want to complicate it further.

The counselor asked both the husband and wife to take some time and reconsider their decision.

Having a conversation and spending time together strengthens any relationship, for sure, but sometimes you gotta compromise on a few things to support your partner in achieving their dreams so they can live their best life.
