I’m not gonna lie. Half the things that were taught in Physics and Chemistry in class 10 went over my head. Because let’s face it, many teachers read out from various books and give mathematical problems to solve without ever properly (or easily) explaining the concepts. Which is why so many students grow up with poor basics.
However, there is one Physics teacher who is winning the hearts of people online with his practical lessons on Refraction. In a video that’s gone viral, the teacher can be seen explaining what refraction is by using two glasses of different sizes and oil.
He first puts one glass into another and explains why we can see the glass that’s inside. He then adds oil to the smaller glass and shows how the glass vanishes and it seems like the bigger glass contains the oil – all because of varying refractive indexes.
Here’s a look at the video:
He is a real hardcore teacher and not the ones who just want to shine speaking English. pic.twitter.com/BMj2zAIEog

This video won the hearts of several people online who wished they had similar teachers when they were in school. Many lauded the teacher too for his out-of-the-box lessons, making it easier for the students to grasp the lesson. Have a look:
Great teacher.
We had one such professor in engg., Late Dr. M.U. Deshpande, who taught Control Systems, a very dry subject. His lectures however always had 100% attendance as he explained CS with real life examples. His question papers were also never bookish.

Aise teachers sabhi schools mein ho toh students ko pvt tutors ki jarurat hi nahi padegi…

One of the factors why the Indian education system (especially higher education) is like what it is, is because it’s not taught in mother tongue. It promotes mugging without understanding & same for teachers – Explain by just reading it loud.

Teaching science! Not for answering the kind of questions ‘expected’ in the exam…! Don’t know who he is or which class he is doing, we need thousands like him. But, therein lies the rub…He knows the subject. Others only know which book to teach from…

Absolutely correct,A hardcore teacher who has indebt knowledge of the subject not a rote learner.
Perfect way of teaching.??— Vanni (@futureindark) November 8, 2022
Our schools need more teachers like him. Don’t you think so too?
