Adding to this list is an inspiring story from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, where a PhD scholar named Tarul Rayan has been running a street food cart.

He decided to visit the spot and try out the local delicacy, Chicken 65. What he didn’t expect was to find a highly educated vendor behind the cart.
In a video shared by Lewis, he strikes up a conversation with the vendor, who reveals his impressive academic background.
“I’m currently pursuing my PhD,” Tarul says.
When Lewis digs a bit deeper, he learns that he is studying Biotechnology at SRM University.
“If you Google my name, you’ll find my research articles,” Tarul adds.
