Indian fashion e-commerce company, Myntra attracted controversy after a complaint was lodged against them in Mumbai by Avesta Foundation’s Naaz Patel. According to The Hindu, Patel alleged that their logo was offensive to women.
And the selective outrage led to the company reportedly revamping its logo across its website, mobile app, and packaging material.
Congratulations to our founder. She did it what apparently seemed impossible. Thank you everyone for your support. We're overwhelmed by the response. Kudos to @myntra for addressing the concerns and respecting the sentiments of millions of women. ? pic.twitter.com/Iwb4e3LoLq

However, people online were divided over this move. While some supported Patel’s claims, others opined that this was unnecessary and childish.
Soon, the controversy sparked meme-fest online with people hilariously sharing their two cents on the issue. Take a look:

It's kinda sad that Myntra had to change their logo after so much time despite not being at fault. #MyntraLogo— Prashant ? (@capeandcode) January 31, 2021

Well, IMO signages are open to interpretation and if we inspect them closely then we might find something offensive (but unintentional) in most of them. What do you think of this? Tell us.
