Manu Bhaker has become the new sensation in Indian sports after her outstanding performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The 22-year-old shooter made history by becoming the first Indian woman to win two medals at a single Olympics. She bagged a bronze medal in the women’s 10m air pistol event and another bronze in the 10m air pistol mixed team event alongside her partner, Sarabjot Singh.

Since her Olympic success, Manu has been in the spotlight, and not just in the sports world. From gracing magazine covers to appearing in interviews, she’s been everywhere, and for all the right reasons.

However, after sharing a video of her ramp walk on Instagram, she faced a wave of online trolls. Many criticized her, saying she should focus on her game rather than fashion.
But instead of staying quiet, Manu clapped back at the haters with style.
In her response, she wrote, “Thanks for the kind words, guys. And to the haters, I just want to say: don’t put limits on yourself. Make your life big, make your career bright, and make your parents proud. Haters will hate, lovers will love, but you do you. Keep your head high and create your own path, in your own style. There are no shortcuts in life, but why choose the easy route when you have the strength to do great things? Cheers,” quoted News18.
Manu Bhaker continues to inspire, proving that she’s not only a champion in sports but also a role model for staying true to yourself.
