Call it a hickey or the infamous love bite, walking into a desi home while sporting a hickey can feel akin to walking in a war zone. Yet, it appears desi kids are masters of the art of deception and have devised curious ways to mask this telling mark.
A woman recently took to Twitter to share her opinion on hiding a hickey in a desi home. She equated the danger of doing so with that of playing the lethal and high stakes games played in the fictional South Korean series Squid Game.

People online responded with bizarre ways they’ve tried to conceal a hickey from their parents-
I had to blame it on my girlfriends for snatching my scarf so fastly that I had a rash that is why I covered it in bandage…though m pretty sure my mother knew, bt thanks to the taboo culture she refrained from even acknowledging it..????
