Hardik Pandya Is Our Very Own Sam Altman Because He Went From MI To GT & Then Back To MI

In the past few days, we saw OpenAI’s CEO Sam Altman get fired from OpenAI, hired by Microsoft and then again hired by OpenAI as the CEO. We also saw Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya get retained by Gujarat Titans but then shift to Mumbai Indians, the team for which he used to play before GT.

Hardik Pandya started his IPL journey with Mumbai Indians back in 2015. But then in 2022, he was inducted in Gujarat Titans as the team’s captain and they ended up winning the trophy in their maiden league. Under his captaincy, GT moved to the final of the IPL 2023 but eventually lost to Chennai Super Kings.

For IPL 2024, Hardik Pandya was supposed to be retained in Gujarat Titans. But then abruptly the news of Hardik Pandya going back to Mumbai Indians made headlines. According to Hindustan Times, MI struck an “all-cash deal” worth Rs 15 crore to “acquire the services of Pandya from GT” for IPL 2024.
