According to a recent study conducted by a telecoms firm, office workers swear 55 times a week out of frustration, reported News18. Some of them are so unhappy and angry during office hours that they even swear up to 11 times a day!

It doesn’t come as a surprise that the F-word is the most used gaali! In fact, a previous study by language and psychology experts had revealed that using the F-word in painful situations increases one’s tolerance for pain!

However, people working as the middle management swear the most and it was also revealed why. Psychotherapist Jo Gee says, “Studies suggest swearing can be beneficial as the process is often cathartic.”
