47-YO Who Spends Millions Trying To Age Backwards Shares His New Diet – Indian Food

A billionaire tech entrepreneur, Bryan Johnson, is on a mission to cheat time and age backwards. The 47-year-old mastermind behind the ‘Don’t Die’ programme is on a wild anti-ageing ride. Previously, he used to eat a strict diet consisting of 1950 calories a day. But that lifestyle left his face looking gaunt. Bryan then went all out with a cosmetic procedure called “Project Baby Face” where he injected donor fat into his face to plump up his sunken cheeks. But that ended with his face looking puffier, reported NDTV.

In his quest to remain youthful, Bryan Johnson took to X to share his latest discovery – his “what-I’m-eating-for-the-next-four-days” meal plan. The menu? A chickpea vegetable frittata, lemon red lentil soup, and a vegetable stir-fry with cauliflower rice. The internet, however, called it out for what it was – Indian cuisine.

Have a look at his post here:

Many pointed out that Bryan was essentially eating dal, sabzi, and pulao without the masalas. His meal plan was basically dabbas filled with average desi food. To be honest, it looks like our regular tiffin!

It’s safe to say Bryan has dived headfirst into the secret spice box of Indian cuisine to achieve eternal youth!
