And one Gurugram woman recently witnessed this firsthand when Blinkit’s 10-minute ambulance service came to her grandfather’s rescue.
Taking to LinkedIn, she shared how her expectations were completely turned around when she called for help. Instead of the usual long wait and confusion, Blinkit’s ambulance arrived within minutes. The paramedics didn’t just rush her grandfather to the hospital, they ensured his condition was stable on the way. They checked his BP, sugar, and oxygen levels and provided crucial care before even reaching the hospital.
What impressed the family the most was the team’s professionalism and compassion.
“What stood out the most? Their compassion and integrity. They didn’t just drop us off and leave. They stayed until the doctor arrived, providing a detailed handover of my grandfather’s condition. When my mother, out of gratitude, tried to offer them money off the books, they politely refused,” she further wrote.
