A hospital in Bengaluru named Athreya Hospital has a very savage person in charge of responding to the Google reviews that are posted online by patients and their families. They are also walking on a very slippery slope where, if the patient wants, they can get them into trouble. Here’s what has been happening.
A user on X (formerly Twitter) shared screenshots of the online reviews of Athreya Hospital and the supposed owner’s response to them. According to Moneycontrol, the hospital has a 4.7 rating on Google, which is excellent. But when it comes to the negative reviews for the hospital, it gets very murky.
This is an example. The owner of the hospital responded by saying, “We understand that you could be a very poor student through out your schooling ha ha.”
Here, the owner downright mentioned that the reviewer brought his female friend in for allegedly 6 abortions in 9 months.
Here, the owner alleges that the reviewer got his female colleague pregnant.
The responses are very hostile at this point.
