These winners also attract attention from big brands, who offer them ambassadorship deals, allowing them to promote products and earn even more money.

For example, when Neeraj Chopra won a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, the Indian government and various state governments awarded him with significant cash prizes, and he was also given a plot of land in Haryana. Additionally, the Indian Army, where Neeraj serves, promoted him to a higher rank. Besides these, he was gifted luxury cars and received free flights for a year from airlines. Several brands approached him for endorsement deals, which added to his fame and financial success.

However, a Pakistani-American businessman named Ali Sheikhani announced that he would be giving a brand new Suzuki Alto to Arshad Nadeem for his achievement at the Olympics.
